"The room that was allocated to me the bed is sagged in the middle. Bathroom floor tiles look like they haven’t been cleaned in a long time. Exterior paint work is peeling off especially fascia eaves. Doorways are knocked around. Why I was allocated this particular room as it was for disabled persons when there was other rooms available. "
