We had every need met as soon as we asked. In room dining in our suite was like a restaurant meal, perfect service. Our only disappointment was that the pools were not heated for winter use. "

"This hotel is conveniently located next to Makishi Station where you could easily catch the Yui Rail to the airport or other major stations. It's also at the end of Kokusai-Dori street where you could find a lot of food and shopping options. The staff at the reception were full of smiles and very friendly when checking us in & out. The rooms were quiet, comfortable and clean. There was also fresh water/towels provided daily along with awamori and ice cream at the second floor. It was a lovely stay throughout!"
