"Nancy, the front desk manager helped us in booking Fansipan and helped me prep some food for my baby on the journey back to Hanoi. She also helped in some small issues and she is so honest in telling me they overcharged me for my Fansipan tickets (we got combo). Only thing that was quite frustrating would probably be the restaurant for breakfast were quite overbooked and we need wait without a proper queuing system from them. "Aliana is close yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the main town (10 minute walk). The rooms were spacious with amazing views of the mountains (including Fansipan). "We loved our stay at Sapa Horizon Hotel. The staff was great, very nice and very helpful. After checking out and taking a great tour the hotel arranged we had to wait a few hours for our transportation back to the Sapa train station. The hotel let us use a room to rest up and freshen up free of charge. That was a real lifesaver. Our room was great, comfortable and very clean. Free breakfast was great with a lot of variety. If we ever come to Sapa again we would definitely stay here. Great Hotel."
