This was the first time I stayed at a TownPlace Suite. It was nice, the location was safe. Getting to the hotel was a little tricky, but a good location. Not really close to food options, but was quiet. The room was clean, beds were comfortable. Staff was pleasant. We got the 2 queen room which did not have a couch was for 1 night was great. The bathroom area was a little small if you had 4 people in the room - we had just 2. The kitchen was nice. Small full size fridge, no ice maker inside, solid cook top, cookware and dishes etc. were provided. The sink did not have a rubber boot so you couldn't use the garbage deposal, the coffee maker was missing the coffee basket, and we did not have an ice bucket (they could not provide one so I had to use a trashbag), but other than that it was a great stay and good room.

The receptionist is very accommodating once I came into my room. The TV did not work and he offered me another room which was better and the TV works, but when I woke up in the morning, there were ants on the desk, which there were no food on there so I don’t know why they were attracted to it But everywhere I went. It smelled like one place smelled like pee. It smell like deodorant smell like air freshener it was just weird and the pool is outside where the parking lot is it just feels weird. I don’t think it’s the Place To Stay but it’s not Place To Stay in an emergent urgent situation , I would stay there again. Part is great receptionist was absolutely nice and responsive.

We had the room next to elevator was noisey. But we were so tired we didnt notice. Staff offered to change us to a different room and we declined. They were very excellent and attentive. Staff during breakfast was great also they kept the area clean.
