"Hotel was nice, but the location was shocking. Upon arrival at 4pm on Wednesday, we were greeted with a group of topless guys all drinking in groups at the entrance of the car park. This only got worse later in the day when the group got bigger. Lots of anti social behaviour including someone being chased with a knife outside just past midnight resulting in a police attendance and chase. All in all would not stay in Taunton again."

"Booked very last minute as I was in a long journey late in the day. Location was my prime reason to book, but it was a lovely place. Entrance to and exit from the car park are narrow, but managed it without incident. Breakfast looked great but I had to leave too early to try. Very helpful and friendly staff on in the evening, no much interaction in the morning but seemed just as nice. Added to my list for future use!"
