The room was very nice and clean. The personel friendly. They waited for me with "breakfast to go" since i was going to leave very early in the morning and would not have been able to attend breakfast, which i paid for. very happy and pleased with my stay.

For a place to lay your head
Super-plain Motel, right on the highway. But it has a restaurant and the room was sparkling clean. Quiet and comfortable. I wouldn't go out of my way for it.

A bit of a repeat at Campanile.
Very hot, airless room. WiFi was extremely poor. No acknowledgment of dietary requirements- this is what we have. Breakfast which was bought could not be eaten. The staff didn’t mind us bringing our own food to eat.

Convenient stop over
The accommodation block was a bit run down and the room wasn't too clean. The extractor grill in the bathroom had fallen into the bath. Overall it was a convenient place to stay for a night and the breakfast was OK. I would probably stay again but not for the price I paid.

Overnight stay
The hotel is part of chain. Perfectly adequate for one night. Plenty of restaurants around if you don't fancy the Campanile one.

Ok for One Night
Our stay was a single overnight stop-off whilst driving to Italy. The hotel met our need but would not recommend for anything other than a long journey stop-off. There’s a couple of places to eat and drink in walking distance. The hotel offers evening meal and breakfast.

Very functional
Very good quality room and friendly staff. Perfectly located for drivers wanting a stop off and great base for discovering the Vosges. Only downside for me was noisy, ignorant Chinese fellow guests but that's not the hotel's fault.

Budget Hotel for Motorcycle trip with Friends
We picked this hotel as an en-route stop over for a motorcycle trip to Garmisch in Germany. Hotel was basic, but comfortable and location good. Very expensive beers/drinks in hotel bar for a Budget hotel!!

Pleasant stop and good steak
Booked very easily at short notice on Hotels.com app. I was travelling by car back from Northern Italy to UK (nr Portsmouth). Access is easy and clear, just off the main road. Large parking areas with decent-sized spaces! I was driving a plug-in hybrid, but there was no charging point and the layout did not suit feeding the charger lead through the window. The room was quite large and very clean. There was hot drinks-making kit (but I had to ask for milk for my tea). The bed was very comfortable. As it was getting late and I did not know the area I decided to stay at the hotel for dinner, rather than sample local cuisine. The menu was pretty decent and my food was served quickly enough and was delicious. I didn’t stop for breakfast but he choice on offer looked very good. Check-out was a breeze – quick and easy so I was soon on my way again. I’m happy to recommend this hotel for those in the area.

cheap and clean
this decent hotel is fine for a short stay. It is probably the best option around anyway. It is cheap and rooms are clean. I would recommend to choose the newer rooms which are called "nouvelle generation" which are recently refurbished and definitely better than the old ones.

A little disappointed
Had been recommended this chain by a family member and so may have set our expectations a little high - we probably need to try a couple more! The room was compact, though contained everything you'd normally expect to find, including tea and coffee making facilities. We were at the end of the block on the ground floor facing the car park but didn't experience any problems with noise. Small gripes : Our free wifi was no longer available the next morning and the cleaners knocked even though we had a sign outside and checkout was not until 11. Big concern with the restaurant though - My chicken meal came hot on the outside but stone cold in the middle. When I pointed this out, it was taken away and I expected at least a freshly done piece of chicken, but the same meal was returned to me having been microwaved! Tried some but was really dry and I was worried about food poisoning, so left it. No refund or apology was offered. So overall, unimpressed really.

Ideal for an overnight stay
The hotel is clean, friendly, pet friendly (as we were travelling back from southern Italy to London with our Siamese cat) and close to the main motor routes.

Close to amenities and motorway
Ticked all our boxes especially as we were travelling with our cat and the hotel is pet friendly. Excellent restaurant and breakfast buffet. Just off main road and two supermarkets close by. Also lovely panorama of the Vosges mountains.
