"A real gem. On arrival the owner made us very welcome and throughout our stay he was extremely helpful. A nice, quiet, well appointed room and an excellent breakfast.The location is ideal for exploring the area. You can walk to Intra-Muros (The old town) or there is a bus stop nearby. There are also a couple of bikes you can hire from the hotel, which we did. Plenty restaurants nearby to choose from. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it. "The room was spacious with a large bathroom (somewhat unusual in the older hotels). The intra-muros area of St. Malo is small, so everything is close - the ramparts and beach are a 5-minute walk and there is a wide selection of boulangeries and restaurants close by. Staff was welcoming and helpful and the room was very clean."
