This hotel has all you would expect from a Mercure. Location-wise, it is a 5 mins drive / 15 mins walk from the city centre, and the start of the cafes (recommend Kafé Kanggui), coffee shops & shopping area that begins on Rue Louis Pasteur and runs up Rue Jean Jaurès. That double double excuse was absolutely unacceptable… requested a refund from the property owners as they suggested in their announcement. No following response. "

"Stayed here to attend a conference. There's no reception but you check in electronically, and this was easy enough. I like the idea of getting a digital code to enter your room. Seems very secure. Breakfast is continental and was good but basic. There is on site parking for a small charge but I parked for free across the road. Rooms are very small but modern and clean. The desk was tiny with just enough room to allow me to work on my laptop. I would stay again, but I would really prefer the rooms to be a little bigger. "

"I arrived quite late in the evening due to a canceled flight. Pierre, the night attendant was so very nice, accommodating and professional. He made sure the process of check-in went smoothly. He even prepared me a late night meal as I had eaten a day, all at 1 AM in the morning. At 6:30 in the morning when I had to depart, Pierre was still there working hard. Pierre is quality and compliments this property. THANK YOU!"
