"Carla (supervisor) at the buffet at ocean terrace was extremely helpful and makes sure guests are taken care of with top notch service. She was very accommodating to dietary restrictions in the family and made sure member of our party had food ready when we arrived. The grounds are very nice and everything you need is on site. Beach and pool walking distance . Worth every penny spent . Staff was very friendly at every restaurant and check in was very easy. Highly recommend "

"The apartment was gorgeous- clean, comfortable, views were amazing, safe, great parking, awesome pool and area. The only draw back was the music from Mullett Beach on Sunday only was very loud and relentless all day. "

"The actual accommodations at the Princess Heights Luxury Boutique Condo are wonderful. The unit we stayed in was roomy and well stocked. The balcony is large and the views were beyond wonderful. The staff is pleasant and very accommodating. Having them bring a Continental Breakfast to our room everyday was a lovely way to start the day. The pool is large but not fancy. There weren't many people there when we were there so there were enough chairs and umbrellas for our use. The pool area would be nicer if perhaps there was some music piped in or a mini bar of some type set up. The hotel sits on a hill thus the magnificent views however it getting around the property involves a number of steps. I was a little disappointed that the beach was neither as close as had been advertised nor as accessible or nice as I'd imagined. We needed to go off property to find decent beaches. There are restaurants close by. Because the condo is in a very hilly area we drove to all of the places were visited. All that said we were pleased with the accommodations....it provided a calm space to return to after a day getting about the island."

"Property is beautiful and kept in good condition. The hills around the property are steep and would be difficult for people who have problems with their knees. The tiles are super slippery when they are wet. "
