Central Location Convenient to both City & University of Utah
The vintage property is well kept and offers all the amenities advertised and photographed including three modern TVs, Keurig coffee maker and supplies, and a complete kitchen. There is a covered deck off the living room looking across 7th East towards the U of U and mountains that is a great place to start your morning. The entrance for parking is the only challenging aspect of the property and was accentuated by the parking of a car by a neighbor tightly to the narrow entrance; this meant a tight turn off a busy street and blocked the view of traffic on the street when exiting. Just a little extra caution required. The parking in the rear of the building is a dedicated slot that is shaded most of the day, so that was a nice aspect. There are coin-operated commercial washers and dryers in the common basement that was very welcome; the host even provides cleaning pods. Very nice place and very thoughtful host!
