"The amazing host was so kind and caring. He offered to take me to the bus so I could catch it to the airport. He offered to stay and wait for me for two hours until I arrived for my late check in. Yes came the reply, “what time” I asked, “I don’t know, 7.00, 7.30, no - 8.00” Are there any restaurants nearby the are open at 6.30 to 7.00 - “I don’t know” Are there any in Pozzallo? - “yes, but don’t know any of them” Room was dark and unwelcoming. Facilities on offer are bettered by most guest houses and simple bed and breakfasts. Never is this a 3 star hotel - avoid - you have been warned."
