"Excellent stay!!! We were very comfortable with our room, extremely clean, room size was big enough compare to other hotel in Japan where we stayed. Very quiet hotel. Let’s talk about the location— - - right next to the metro station 2stop to Namba station. Which is the best part, we don’t have to walk much to get to the metro.. Also, next to FamilyMart... Amazing!!!!! Another best part of this hotel is the Onsen. Affordable hotel with Onsen. I will stay here again when I come back to Osaka....

"Location was excellent as it was very near to Yotsubashi train station and about 15 mins walk to the main Shinsaibashi shopping street. Lots of food nearby, Family Mart konbini store right beside and a supermarket nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly and i rate them full marks on customer service. The room however was very dusty and we kept sneezing throughout our stay there. The room does not have a window that can be opened to let the dust escape. Would have given a 5 stars...

"We had an amazing stay at Feel Osaka Yu! The location was great and easy to get around and the room was clean and well put together. The best part of all was the staff - Kaz was wonderful and so welcoming, and we had a really great time hanging out and playing music. "Loved our stay at Excel Osaka. This hotel is located on the main shopping street similar to 5th Ave in NYC. Walk to Daimaru, Parco and Dotonbori. The breakfast buffet each morning was a really nice treat! Their bar at night was really cozy where we enjoyed wines and apps there. We enjoyed our stay here and will stay here again. "
