"Really liked this property, but I wished they updated their and had more options for king sized beds. Great reception service and amazing staff. Liked the room and the atmosphere. In a prime spot that’s in a quiet area. My only thing is they need to update their tvs. The remote barely worked and I could barely watch any channels on it. "

"The room was very spacious and nicely appointed, with comfortable beds. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient, with an easy walk to Paseo Montejo and the Central Park, with tons of shopping and restaurants of all types, from fancy to basic. The only issue we had was luke-warm water in the shower, but the overall value for money can't be beat."
