Very large suite that was very clean. Shampoo pump not working. No place in shower room to place cloths. Dressing area had no door. TV was unwatchable from bed or couch. Was there only there 12 hours due to having a surgery at Loma Linda early AM. Probably wont choose to stay there again.

Good breakfast! The room was so quiet. We enjoyed our stay. everything in the room from bathroom to mini kitchen was clean and worked well! The fridge was like something you would have in an apartment. Worked well and kept drinks icy cold. Freezer was also working well. Just two things, first, the door to the bathroom is heavy and swings open if not securely shut. If you are standing in front of the vanity, you will get bumped by the door as it opens. Just be aware. Second, the tv is placed in a weird spot so you can't sit comfortably to watch it. My boyfriend is strong so he moved the console so we could sit on the bead and comfortably watch tv. Other than that, a great stay!

Excellent location! About as quiet, removed from the freeway, and away from vehicle and pedestrian traffic as you can get on Hospitality Lane, despite being almost next door to Costco. Lots of convenient dining and shopping nearby, including a brand-new Dutch Bros Coffee at the hotel's driveway entrance. Well-designed interior decor, nice amenities, friendly staff. I had a 1-bedroom suite, which was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The mattress was too soft/amorphous, same with the sofa cushions, but those were literally the only issues I had with the suite.

We stayed for 3 days and 4 nights to attend a funeral. The room wasn’t ready on time due to staffing so we had to wait 40 minutes after traveling since 4 am. There was pretty much zero housekeeping, we had to walk to the front desk to receive any extra towels & we kept the same sheets from day one. The trash can wasn’t labeled & tiny so we weren’t entirely sure what we could put in it. The location was close to shopping and grocery but a bit away from the airport with traffic included. The front desk staff was friendly. Parking was ok. The suite was clean and well decorated, plenty of space for 3 people to stay in.

There is some construction at the entrance but otherwise in good condition. Pullout bed had an extremely worn mattress but the king bed was very comfortable. Mini kitchen would be very useful for a longer stay. Would recommend hotel in future!
