"The hotel is great and lively. However there was a strong chemical smell which I assume was a cleaner, but it was intolerable. I called the front desk and was told the manager was up on my floor and she would alert them but she was clearly gaslighting me because they never showed. There was no explanation for the smell nor was there an attempt to reach out-just a suggestion to change rooms round 10 pm to the last room available. I was checking out in the morning. It was awful and I had to sleep with a mask no hate wearing masks!"

"Convenient location if you plan on exploring lots of different spots in the Bay Area. Beautiful view of the SF Skyline. The rooms are old and a little beat up. The hotel could use a renovation, but it’s still a solid place to stay, with easy on-site parking. The employees are terrific, in a good mood, and the service we received was great. "

"This was my 2nd time staying at this property & it went just as smoothly as the first time! The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. They also offer free parking & complimentary continental breakfast which is always a plus. Will definitely stay here again when I am back in the area!"
