Stayed here for a night. Hotel was doing renovations so some rooms were boarded up and it was little weird but our room was nice. Staff was very nice and helpful

Some of the hotel was under construction, didn’t bother us. We stayed in a family suite and it was clean and spacious. The continental breakfast consist of coffee and pastries and the parking fee is $45+ depending on your vehicle. We would stay there again if we were in the area.

Property was nice clean very cute style and decor. No AC but did have ceiling fans and fans on request. Valet parking available. It was our first time in San Francisco so we weren’t sure what to expect but hotel and staff made us comfortable.

Staff was superior and parking was only $50.00 a nite compared to 75.00 all over and 24 hr valet. 24 hr door dash where frt desk accepts for you. Parts of hotel NOT involving common area under construction but totally ok. Price was amazing

Nice hotel. Nice to have the free breakfast. The lift is very noisy though and goes ping at 2am all the time which they could turn off. Although no fault of the hotel, the area is full of tramps.

Unique boutique hotel. Small overlook interior courtyards and upgraded rooms. Price was vert reasonable with expedia. Very helpful staff. Katrina managed the desk today alone on the Am shift. The security gaurd helping her beinging out fresh pastries and coffee for her, as well as attending to security detail at entrance. He was also very helpful. Building is under construc tion on some of the rrooms

Close to public transportation which is great. The room could have been nicer though. Had a bit of an odd smell. Staff was very friendly but the room needed a bit of work (loose ceiling fan, broken doorframe in the bathroom, shower door that did not completely close).

The hotel and the room were clean, the pool was cute and the staff were helpful and friendly. However, the surrounding neighborhood was something else! I found out SOMA is the hub for drug users and I didn’t really want to walk around to explore. I did walk to grab coffee at Sightglass and I had dinner at SF Proper (both within a 5-6min walk). If you’re catching a shared ride, you’ll be fine, but there were fiends everywhere.
