Walked all the way to our room, which was in tower three and along the way a key card was required to use the doors, elevators, and our sleeping room. The key card did not work. Other guest helped us along the way when we got to our room the key card still wouldn’t work and we waited in the hall, after we tried multiple times to call the front desk to come help us

The hotel is conveniently located near to the airport, which is what we needed for a one night stay. Easy to find and check-in quick and efficient. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Lovely lobby entrance, hotel and room clean and beds comfortable. Interesting outlook over the bay. Fit our price range, would recommend.

Lost power for 2 days. Said would refund but I have not seen a refund. Completely dark in hallway. Didn’t offer to move me or a flashlight. Other people got moved. I had to ask for a flashlight. Tv had line going across it. Balcony door wasn’t easy to open. I don’t know why they said they would give me a refund and didn’t. I own shares of this company. You’d think they treat me better.

Hotel is basically waterfront. Walkable to USS Midway and parks, lots of restaurants around. We really like the location. Unfortunately, we could not log in on WiFi and they lost power on our second night. We decided to move to a different hotel as our flight is real early. They let us transfer and promised to refund us for 1 night. Despite all of that, we enjoyed our stay.

They lost power two times in 2 of the 3 towers. Luckily I was in the one that retained power. However I lost cold water in my shower. I mentioned it to them the first morning but they didn’t fix it before I left. Advised them again before they used it again. The bathroom was old in spots. I hated that they had the sink in the hallway instead of the bathroom. There was no where to put up your towel after washing your hands. When someone above used their plumbing it creaked and made loud noises in the room. This was tower 3 room 173. Ground Floor so no view of the bay. Ate dinner at the restaurant, the Southwest egg rolls were delicious and filling. They also have a concierge but they are mainly there to direct you to a resort plan. They saved me over a hundred dollars but not sure worth the 2 hours that was wasted.

They advertise an airport shuttle but it isn’t 24 hours and we had to get a Lyft to make it to the airport. Also charged me an early check-in fee for EVERY day we stayed when we didn’t check-in early at all due to a delayed flight.
