I have been to mexico many times and several properties. The hotel was overpriced for what it had to offer. The door to the room would not lock, air conditioner blew on your head all night. Shower had to run for 5 minutes to get hot water. The toilet had to be plunged per day to keep flowing. The restaurant food was just ok for the price and the service was not great. Irene at the restaurant was the best. She was tentative and friendly. I was not impressed with this hotel. I feel as if the IG posts have hyped it up.

This property is absolutely incredible. Amazing staff, amazing food, amazing rooms and a pristine beach with very comfortable loungers with plenty of shade. We’ve stayed in places all over the world and this is an absolutely top class boutique hotel.
