"My husband and I stayed here for a week. It was not the nicest all inclusive we’ve stayed at but the staff were incredible - special shout out to Diego, Arbey, & Irving!! The biggest issue we had was maintenance problems. From the beginning of the trip our toilet would constantly run, one sink leaked, and the bathtub only had one working faucet. "The staff hospitality is wonderful!!!! The rooms were nice and very clean. We had a hot water issue that they tried to fix. The resort reopened the day we arrived and there were still buildings being renovated so it was a bit noisy. The grounds are unbelievably beautiful but the beach area is still being rebuilt. Food was okay, drinks were great! Again, the staff is beyond wonderful!"

"This is my second stay at the Allegro Hotel in Cozumel. There are numerous things I could say about the hotel. However, what truly makes this a great place to stay is the staff! From check in to check out and every day in between, the staff went out of their way to be kind and helpful. I did have one server during a dinner that the young lady seemed rude.
