"We had an amazing time at Melia & it was exactly what we were hoping for! The weather was not on our side, so there were a few dining options on site that weren’t available, but the Fish House offered great options. The water was definitely brown & dirty due to the storms throughout the area & runoff from the mangroves, but completely out of everyone’s control. The room was beautiful & the bed was very comfortable. Everyone was so helpful, attentive, & so friendly! I can definitely see us going back to Melia in the future! "

"We’ve been staying at El Cozumeleno for 20 years. We like the small all inclusive vibe. There is a great snorkeling area directly in front of the hotel. Pepe Scuba picks us up right at the pier. The food is always good. Most importantly, the staff treats us like family. They’re very kind, attentive people. The rooms need some updating but for us it’s a very convenient location. "

"We had a fantastic week at Allegro. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, the room was cozy, but very comfortable, and the property was fantastic. We loved the pools and beach and the nightly shows were always entertaining. The a la carte restaraunts were delicious and we always found something we liked at the buffets. We hope to come back soon!"

"The hotel is beautiful and has a nice pool/beach area. It is safe and has 4 restaurants to choose from. The staff is very attentive and the rooms are great. The location of the hotel is off the main strip, so you would need to take a cab to town or restaurants. Not really walkable. "
