The Garden House

The Garden House is a brand new construction 2700 sq ft custom home that is thoughtfully decorated with high end finishes. It is fully loaded with everything you need and will want from the new home smell to the veggie garden, corn hole, chef's kitchen, 5 large bedrooms with 2 en suites, patio for outdoor living, full coffee/tea bar, and shaved ice bar.
The space
You will be in the middle of all Bay Area sights including San Francisco, Santa Cruz, Pebble Beach/17 mile scenic drive, Monterey, Carmel, Yosemite, and Napa. You will be close to Levi’s Stadium, SAP Center, Oracle Park, Chase Center, Stanford, Cal Berkeley. Staying in the center of Silicon Valley will enable easy access to G00gle, Meta, Apple, Adobe, Tesla, Netflix and much more.

This is a great home to remotely work as well as being close by for live work. High speed internet will enable you to work and play.

The Garden House has been designed with you in mind as we want you to immediately feel relaxed when you walk in the front door. Tremendous attention has been paid to the textures, color palette, and placement of every little detail in the house. The living spaces exude luxury. All appliances are top of the line. New cookware is supplied for the induction stove top. One piece state of the art Japanese toilets in all bathrooms provide warm water spray and warm seats.



The edible garden will provide you with fresh organic produce. The garden offers broccoli, cauliflower, kale, collard greens, herbs, edamame, cucumbers, green beans, lettuce, Meyer lemons, apples, figs, passionfruit and more. There are two 220V outlets available for electric car charging in the garage.Solar panels and the organic garden provide environmentally conscious ways to live while traveling.

HOUSE RULES:
~ Guests shall be allowed to occupy the Premises starting your check-in date after 5PM and ending your check-out date by 11 AM.
~ NO Party / NO Noise.
~ NO pets.
~ NO Smoking / NO Marijuana / No Vaping / No E-Cigarettes / NO any kind of Drugs.
~ NO heavy alcohol consumption.
~ NO weapon.
~ Quiet time from 8 PM to 8 AM everyday. No person shall cause more than 50 decibels during quiet time. Please keep quiet if you need to check-in or check-out during quiet time.
~ Only guests named at reservation are allowed on the premises. Ask approval if you have visitors.
~ Only toilet paper in the toilet. NO paper towel / other items in the toilet.
~ The host has the right to inspect the Premises with prior notice during reservation.
~ Residential use only. All guests are not authorized to sell products or services on the Premises or conduct any commercial activity.
~ Legal purposes only. Any other such use that includes but is not limited to illicit drug use, verbal or physical abuse of any person or illegal sexual behavior.
~ Guests shall maintain the Premises in a good, clean, and ready-to-rent condition. Guests shall pay for maintenance and repairs if there is any damage happened during reservation.
~ HOST & LANDLORD’S LIABILITY DISCLAIMER: Guests expressly recognizes that any insurance which the Host & Landlord may maintain on the property does NOT cover the personal injury or property damage or loss for guests which arising from the use of the Premises regardless of the nature of the accident, and that guests should purchase their own insurance if such coverage is desired.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
~ Please read ALL house rules carefully. Your confirmation of the reservation means that you are willing to agree all the rules. Violating any of rules would result in immediate eviction without refund for the unused nights, plus fees from any damage caused, and $150 as penalty.
~ IDs of guests are required after you confirm the reservation.
~ For safety reason, we set up security cameras OUTSIDE of the house. Cameras will be actively recording during reservation.
~ No cable on TV, please log in your stream video account to enjoy it.
