5/5 Excellent
"The lady who checked me in was lovely had extremely helpful. The shuttle to the airport she set us up for extremely early in the morning was great and convenient. The only issue we had during our stay was we had no cell phone service for some reason in the Manchester area in general but connecting to the WiFi at the hotel was fairly easy. "

"Greated at reception and our bags were taken to the room whilst checking in. Escorted to our room. Room was clean, plenty of lighting and temperature was easy to control. Had a great night's sleep on a very comfy bed. Great location for Chester and parking was easy."

"Great hotel good location. Friendly staff and restaurant was decent. Good breakfast options. Room was great and comfortable. Would definitely come again. Only thing I didn't like is on the last day I was told I had to pay for water afyer being given for free before hand. Lady at desk was apparently the ops manager and was very rude! Only disappoint after spending £500"

"All great apart from the charge of £20 per person to use pool facilities. Very disappointing as having travelled all day in the heat was looking forward to a cool down in the pool. "
