"It's a perfect place to stay for the price. It also includes free breakfast and free refreshments from 4pm - midnight I believe. The staff are very inviting, helpful, courteous, and kind. "

"To be honest, this town has limited hotels and I saw both business travellers and families on holiday during breakfast. Shopping and restaurants are just beside the hotel, less then 5 mins walk away"

"建物はとてもきれいで清潔でした。お風呂場の浴槽もおしゃれで満足しました。夜中に着いたのですが、チェックインも簡単で問題ありませんでした。ひとつだけ不満だったのは、EXPEDIAのサイトに載っているコーヒー / ペストリー (毎朝)というのは、ペストリーは隣のパン屋さんに自分で買いに行くという意味でした。私たちが泊まったのは土曜日から日曜日にかけてだったので、パン屋さんが開いていませんでした。 "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Monterey Sendai. It has an old world charm, and the spa on the top floor is delightful. It is very close to the central train station and in a fantastic part of the city. Highly recommend the hotel- we would definitely stay there again. "

"This hotel provides nice size rooms with comfortable beds, excellent en suite bathroom facilities, and spaces to sit. The reception area provides free drinks and snacks starting in the afternoon. The staff is friendly and their English was the most functional we encountered on our trip around northern Japan. The location near Sendai train station is very convenient and the 7-11 next door was useful. This was a very comfortable place to end our trip. "
