This spectacular historic Victorian-style home is located in the heart of Downtown Santa Barbara comfortably sleeps 6. With a high walking score, this property offers the convenience of walking to shops, parks, restaurants, theaters, and more. The ocean is only a short drive down the street. Estimated to have been built in 1887, and one of the few surviving Victorian homes in town, this is a one-of-a-kind property crafted with integrity & style. Guests can enjoy outdoor living with a sun-drenched patio that includes a jacuzzi, grill, fire pit, and outdoor dining area. From its elegant wood floors to its high ceilings, crown moldings, picture rails, and double-hung windows, every detail emanates timeless beauty.

Great Place to Spend Thanksgiving with Family
We had a really nice stay for four nights over the Thanksgiving Holiday. We really enjoyed all the amenities and being able to easily walk to downtown. The kitchen was well stocked which made cooking Thanksgiving dinner a breeze. Nav did a good job of communicating with us throughout the process. Highly recommended!
