"The hotel was wonderful! The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We were lucky to have a balcony overlooking the Arno River. It was spectacular at night! The bar and restaurant made dining easy and the food / service was excellent! I highly recommend this hotel to visitors!"

"I initially felt concerned about the hotel's location, but quickly realized it's in an old, historical part of town, where narrow alleys are the norm. We never felt unsafe, nor did we experience noise during our stay. This is a no-frills hotel, and an excellent deal for this being Florence. The breakfast was good. It is within walking distance to eateries, shopping, and museums. It met the needs of our family, including our son who gets around in a wheelchair. We will definitely continue to stay here when we return to Florence."

"The hotel itself is great, comfortable and with good AC. The location is not ideal because everything is more than a 30 minute walk and taxis can get expensive. Everything is a short drive away 12-15 minutes but range between 15-30 euros. "

"The location was perfect! We were a short walk from all the sights, and there were great restaraunts right next door and nearby. We stayed in the Da Vinci room and the room was spacious with enough space for our family of 4 and was clean. The staff was accommodating and responsive. Loved our stay here. "

"What a cute hotel just outside of the Florence city center. The staff is personable and so attentive. They genuinely want to help you have a wonderful stay. We booked the suite with the private hot tub. Our teenagers loved it. It was so special to be relaxing while looking out at the dome in the distance. Also, the breakfast was amazing. It really fueled our days there. The breakfast waitress is super friendly and helpful. We had to leave really early the day we checked out and they even offered to put some items in a bag for us to have in our fridge for the morning. Highly recommend! One night we were coming back and there was a block party on the street near the hotel. So fun with all of the locals and love music! We never would have experienced that if we were staying in the city center. Walk to the dome is about 25 minutes. "
