Misleading
One towel, no soap, no shampoo, no blankets (only a sheet). Misleading on room amenities, as there was no Cookware/dishes/utensils, full-sized refrigerator/freezer, or microwave included in the room itself. I pre-paid for my stay, but the staff doesn't comminute properly and requested to charge me again upon arrival.
