This was our second time visiting the Dream Inn. We really enjoyed our stay. We reserved the cloud king and it was very comfortable and the views were amazing. Next time I would prefer a room on one of the higher floors other than the 7th floor. We were also given the first room right off the elevator so we could hear every time someone exited onto our floor. We also had an adjoining door with one of the other guest rooms. I wish that the guest service attendant would have given us a floor option as we checked in close to the check-in time and I’m sure that there were other rooms available. With that said, we will definitely be back during our next trip to Santa Cruz.

Easy check in offered a late check out with was appreciated. The room was clean and large with a great shower and comfortable bed. Amazing views from our balcony, make sure you are awake for sunrise. The food at the Jack O'Neill restaurant was delicious and the staff were friendly. Would definitely recommend this restaurant and hotel. A must do when in Santa Cruz.
