"Manager would not talk to me face to face about a billing issue. Very unprofessional. Staff were under trained. The hotel was in a great location and every one at the small bar were great!! Chairs at the beach are not free nor is parking. Overall a good value."

"The owner of turtle beach spa is very accommodating and truly cares about the guest experience. The home is completely equipped with everything a family would need from beach toys for young and oldto a fully equipped kitchen for guest to eat at the house if they choose. We spent the Fourth of July week at Turtle Spa and didn’t want to leave. A beautiful state of the art home!"

"The location was very nice and clean. I went with my three kids and we had all of the necessary items to make it an enjoyable stay. The only issue is the communication on the website of the number of bedrooms. It does make you believe that there is more than one bedroom, when actuality, the other bed is in the living room as a pullout couch. Jamie was open about that so it wasn’t a major problem. She also stated that she let VRBO know. It would be nice if Vrbo wound make that change as it is a...
