"From entrance to dining, the hotel exudes the decadence and flamboyance of a French colonial past. This hotel is truly luxurious and although a bit pricier for Vietnam it is so worth the extra for the lovely stay it gives. The swimming pool is so outstandingly lavish. By far the best pool we’ve ever swam in. The staff are very friendly and go beyond to make sure we were looked after. "

"Nancy, the front desk manager helped us in booking Fansipan and helped me prep some food for my baby on the journey back to Hanoi. She also helped in some small issues and she is so honest in telling me they overcharged me for my Fansipan tickets (we got combo). "Aliana is close yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the main town (10 minute walk). The rooms were spacious with amazing views of the mountains (including Fansipan). Pool was a lovely addition after trekking up Fansipan or through local villages. We left slightly bemused after being charged for a dirty towel, but other than that would recommend. "

"We loved our stay at Sapa Horizon Hotel. The staff was great, very nice and very helpful. After checking out and taking a great tour the hotel arranged we had to wait a few hours for our transportation back to the Sapa train station. The hotel let us use a room to rest up and freshen up free of charge. That was a real lifesaver. Our room was great, comfortable and very clean. Free breakfast was great with a lot of variety. If we ever come to Sapa again we would definitely stay here. Great Hotel."

"This is the best property to stay.its budget friendly, staffs are really very nice and cleaness is upto the mark. The location is very good, you can visit the tourist attraction with in 15 min. Sapa plaza is 5-10min walk. I just loved this place and everyrhing was so perfect. They allow to keep luggage, as we had late night bus. In the room we had a welcome note, postcard .
