"My family loved our stay here! The staff is excellent kind and helpful. We loved the extra amenities! They have a sauna and cold pool, restaurant, bar, gift shop, laundry all you can eat breakfast buffet and indoor outdoor Onsen. We came to see Sapporo but didn’t want to leave the hotel. The room is stocked with water refrigerator coffee robes slippers hairdryer shampoo body wash conditioner 4 blade razors hair ties toothbrush toothpaste and more. Definitely want to come back!"
