"The property is in a great location. It’s clean, safe and quiet and has air conditioning. It is located in old town and just steps from the Central Square. The owners were great to work with. We had a room refresh in our extended. Stay in the cleaners. Did a great job. We also extended our stay last minute and they were able to rearrange rooms so we didn’t have to move. "This is an oasis in the middle of Sarlat. The hotel is gorgeous with beautiful decor and very historic. We loved learning about the building. The personnel were so lovely. They were extremely welcoming and helpful. In particular, Katiya was so nice. Her breakfast spread was so generous and I loved speaking French with her! She even helped me with a laundry issue :) Natalie who checked us out was so helpful. She told us about a Chateau only 20 minutes away that we had almost missed! We were so grateful for her guidance. She even brought our bags down to the car! A couple of clarifications: there is no elevator so pack wisely! We brought a small bag so that we wouldn’t have too much trouble up the stairs. Also, the parking garage is only a 5 minute walk from the hotel but you need to call and ask where’s the best place to drop your bags before parking. The hotel is in the middle of the pedestrian street so no cars are allowed but it’s only a 5 minute walk to the enclosed and very safe parking garage. This was not a big issue for us. The hotel has such comfortable rooms and linens! We had a very comfortable stay and lots of options for restaurants, coffee and dessert very near by. Can’t wait to go back!"
