"We came to celebrate Christmas with one of our children who lives here and we had heard that this place was suitable. It was great! I'd stay here again. At Christmas time it is hard to comment on facilities because so many things are closed. Staff were excellent and the room clean enough. "

"The 2 bedroom apartment is marvellous. With a full equipped kitchen plus another smaller kitchen. There are 2 bathrooms and a sitting lounge where we can relax and watch tv together. The beds are comfortable. The reception was helpful in fixing our card to the carpark. Although we need to pay parking fee but it is a secured car park. It takes 35 min to City but we don't think it's a problem. There is a shopping centre nearby with a lot of eateries. Overall very satisfied with our stay."

"Service is good. Location is convenient with restaurants and a mall nearby. Also close to the beach front. Front counter staff is good and attentive. Ability to resolve problems efficiently and communicate clearly. "
