Everyone we interacted with was super nice and helpful-- from the valet to the desk to housekeeping and even the manager. Great service. The building itself is in need of an update. Comparing pricing in Charleston, however, it is still a solid value because this town is expensive!"

"The hotel is beautiful, with rooms that are on the smaller side but still comfortable. Unfortunately, the refrigerator in my room wasn’t working and was leaking. Maintenance attempted to fix it, but the issue wasn’t fully resolved. The staff, however, were very cordial, and the service was excellent. Each floor features a coffee and tea station with fresh fruit, though it’s disappointing that only decaffeinated coffee was available. I appreciated the eco-friendly touch of providing glass jars...
