"This was my first hostel experience and it was spectacular (they do have private rooms as well). The staff was amazing from check in to check out. It's right on the beach and the location is perfect for me. Just a quick walk to downtown. Also has a great restaurant on site but is surrounded by many other great places to eat. There are scooters to rent but you are just a quick taxi to anywhere you want to go. I highly recommend this place! "

"The buildings are quite dispersed and the walkways are uneven making it difficult to walk around the property. Also, the interior of the room also has uneven little steps in and out of the bathroom, a big tripped hazard. Breakfast selections were ok. The hot foods never seems to be served hot, Luke warm at best. The staff was definitely kind, cheerful and helpful. "

"Our stay was amazing. The Beluga team make your stay special, nothing is too much trouble and everything is delivered with a smile. At the end of our stay we felt like friends and not guests. We really did want to go back to London. O, Nei, Nie, Win and the whole team are Hospitality experts. The room service teams dressed up our rooms for our Birthdays The food is amazing. "The property is well maintained and overall clean and tidy. The beach is a private section of beach, shared with a few other hotels, which is also nice however the sand is pretty rough on the the feet (nothing the Hotel can do about that). The staff are very polite and accommodating, big shout out to Max & Zidan from the beach bar/ Panali restaurant; extremely friendly and very helpful! The room, which we had was a Premium Ocean Pool Suite (room 222), was very well maintained and looked after...

"Lovely stay in Centara Life. Friendly smiling staff. Immaculately clean. Rooms cleaned and linens changed every other dayor daily if you wanted. Breakfast good with lots of choices. Couldn’t fault our stay there at all. Only two minutes to shops and five to the beach. Enjoyed our stay very much . "

"Great location, beach just across the road. There was no cable stations apart from news. Suggest you bring iPad or computer. Otherwise the staff were fantastic, location & pool is lovely. Close to everything, very relaxing stay."

"Really enjoyed my stay. Facilities could do with an update but everything clean and working fine. The staff are very friendly and can’t do enough for you. Location is amazing for both town and beach. I had a poolside villa and size was perfect, very quiet, and brilliant for just chilling on the terrace. If you want a warm, friendly and comfortable stay you won’t be disappointed "
