Loved the location but the stay not so much
Loved the location! Great scenry and close to some adorable shops and locally owned restuarants; HOWEVER...that was the best part of our trip. We arrived to find the grounds surrounding this home unkept and weedy. Who wants to sit at a firepit in high grass? The bed was horrible! And I mean HORRIBLE! We aren't picky sleepers but the mattress in this home was cheap and bouncy. We will not rent again because of the bed alone...would HIGHLY recommend replacing. Home doesn't have a washer and dryer which we knew this when we booked. But we were left with only 3 towels and 3 washclothes for our entire 3 day stay and there were two of us. Ummm, you can do the math on that one...someone is going without a towel at some point. (ugh) We had to go buy more towels. And there was no where to place the wet items once used. We had to go without any TV for a period of our stay. Reservation details mentions cable TV but we were getting only a few local channels. When maintenance guy showed up he confirmed with cable company that the owner had not updated the cable boxes. This is something the owner or rental company should check between rentals. Knew that home only had window A/C unit but the bedroom was very uncomfortably hot while trying to sleep. Would recommend the owner install a ductless heating/cooling system in this room. Couldn't ever get this room to cool down even with an additional fan I bought. Lastly, this home was clean & tidy but the decor was outdated and didn't project a "cabin in the mountains" vibe.

Keep Looking
The cabin itself was nice, even smaller than I thought it would be. The website states that it sleeps 4 adults. This place is tiny, not room enough for 4 adults. I also did not realize it would be right on a busy road. The bed was horrible. After charging over $1000 for our stay, I cannot believe that a decent bed could not be provided. We spent one night of the scheduled six-night stay. I asked if there was another property available that might have a better bed and was told there was not, which I understood being last minute. I informed the customer service that we would be leaving because there was no way we could spend five additional nights sleeping on that bed. When I asked about a refund, I was told that the manager would contact the owner and call me back. No one ever did.

Disappointed but Time Well Spent
The pictures on the website made you think you were going to be part of the mountain range. The cabin sits about 100 feet from a busy road. At night the traffic is heavy making it very noisy. The cabin is cute and clean but the mattress on the bed was horrific. I couldn’t sleep it was like a was laying on a pool of jello. Each day my husband and I woke up with back and neck aches. The proximity to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg were fair. I enjoyed the time with my husband but we didn’t like this cabin.

Wears Valley Cabin 3
The cabin was small and nice for a family of four , had all the essential needs we needed. Cabin was very clean, the only issue was we tried to get ahold of management and there was no answer and no way to leave a voicemail.

Clean and close to attractions. A little disappointed in how small bedroom and bathroom was. Very tight quarters. Very few cable channels on tv.

Peaceful stay
Want a quick getaway and not spend and arm and a leg for a cabin? This cabin is the way to go. It’s a small 1 bedroom tiny house but big in relaxation and decor. You have everything you need to stay. The view is spectacular!! You are facing the Great Smokey Mountains. You are provided a fire ring if you choose to set outside. There are rocking chairs on the covered front porch. I highly recommend this property
