"This apartment was the cleanest rental we have ever been in. It was newly renovated, had an efficient layout and was perfectly stocked. It is close to town, yet private and quiet. "The room with two beds is large but the other room is very small. There is complimentary coffee and snacks. The fridge is very small and freezes things. Also, the chairs in the common seating area are very uncomfortable "

"Every possible thing a guest could need was provided! This is exceptional. Our stay was fantastic, and the steam shower was an unexpected WOW! The space is comfortable, clean, and very doable for two couples. We were greeted warmly and communication was very smooth and timely. We would stay again!!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Cable House. Plenty of room for 4 people. Tanguy & Sebastian were very responsive. Shower had lots of hot water with pressure. Bedding was very comfortable. Full well equipped kitchen. House overlooks the water and is only 2 blocks from the main street. Unfortunately it rained our entire time there. Would have enjoyed sitting on the front porch. Really liked all the historical information displayed regarding the Cable House. Also Tanguy had an antique iron which...

"Seward is a beautiful small coastal town.. This place is suited perfectly right In walking distance to most businesses you would like to enjoy while visiting.. The rooms are reasonable in price and very clean.. Will reserve here again for sure..!"

"Nice little efficiency, right in town. Relatively speaking, thought it a good value. Two complaints: there is very little sound insulation from the people above and they are not the sedentary type. Second, while the barn door is cute, it lets in a good amount of light from the bath window which has no window treatment. A shade of some kind would be helpful for those of us who are use to sleeping in the dark."

"This place was perfect for us. All appliances worked, bathroom was lovely, lots of hot water. It’s a little odd to have two beds crammed into the same room as the kitchen, but we didn’t mind it. Very clean, beds were comfy, towels were new. "
