"Hotel Edgewater was a great place to stay right across from Resurrection Bay. We had a room with a view of the bay. We were able to walk across the street one night to watch the Aurora over the bay and mountains. The manager and employees were super nice and helpful. I highly recommend Hotel Edgewater!!"

"There is the historic part of the hotel and the modern. We accidentally booked the historic side with no elevator and very small rooms. They were very accommodating and switched us to the modern side with elevators. They have a van that will also take you anywhere you wanna go in town."

"Great location. Hotel is an interesting place, if a little dated. Beds were comfortable, but the rooms could have been cleaner. We found a pubic hair on one of the beds and had an unexpected roommate (centipede). Aside from that, the location was great and the staff was excellent - very attentive. The coffee bar was a nice touch as well."

"This is a great location that is close to everything! The property is retro-cool in a historical building. The Cookery, my favorite restaurant in Seward, is pretty much across the street, and the SeaLife Center is just around the corner. The trail along the water is just a couple of blocks away.
