"I had chosen the hotel because I am an asthma patient and this hotel has the wooden floors. I requested a non smoking floor at the time of booking. But I was given a floor where every room was full of cigarette smoke and I couldn’t sleep the first night and after repeated request , they changed the room on the morning of the next day. I also lost an expensive ring which I kept on the bedside.booked 2 rooms and was on business trip . I couldn’t work the next due to bad health and sleepless...

"The location is nice near the river and offers great view if you have one of those rooms. Walkable distance to many of the attractions in the area. The hotel doesn't look like much from the outside but offer very comfortable rooms and services within. Not your usual hotel experience. The bathroom out of the shower is very slippery and easy to fall if not careful, otherwise a great stay for people who like to be in the area."

"Don't like the neighbourhood. There's a popular nightclub next. Didn't feel safe. Taxi find it hard to locate premises. "
