"The hotel was within 10 mins walk from the airport bus terminal and airport subway. Room is small as expected but amenities at the hotel lobby was quite complete and there is free coffee. However, the train sound was quite loud as our room was facing the track. So if you are a light sleeper, it would not be conducive. "

"I was particularly impressed with front desk staff - Yamagata-san where she help to organize myself and family from leaving hotel on time to international airport. It was smooth but with a bit of sudden changes but she was dedicated to assists us all the way, even accompany and help us to move luggage into taxi to the last minute.
