"Great location! Easy access to train station. Restaurants are everywhere. Steps to shopping area. Staff are very nice and helpful. They helped me transport my luggage straight from the hotel to my Kyoto hotel for a reasonable price. Fresh towels everyday and they clean every other day. "

"The location was super convenient for getting around and loads of local dining options. We stayed for 3 nights and our first night the bed was like a hammock. We changed rooms for the last 2 nights - reception handled the change well. The lifts take time and there is no stair option (emergency only).
