"Great stay! My husband and I really enjoyed the in room onsen. Staffs were friendly. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family. It will be easier if you have a car. It is a bit far away from the gora station. But bus station is very close by."

"Quite simply one of, if not the best hotel I have stayed at. Getting there was the only challenging part for me because I took the wrong bus. The hotel does offer a shuttle bus that in retrospect I should have taken advantage of. The staff was incredible and went above and beyond to answer any questions and make my stay comfortable. The views from the lobby and my room were breathtaking. The room and bathroom were very spacious. I wish I stayed longer, but I only stayed one night and did not have enough time to take advantage of all the many hotel amenities. The onsen was fun and the breakfast buffet was incredible. Overall, it was an incredible experience highlighted by the hardworking and welcoming staff."
