"According to the neighbor and the staffs, they opened April 2024 from previous old hotel with minor renovation. Very beautiful location and spacious property, but unfortunately the place needs improvement. 1 The carpet, specially, spa area smells as fungus. 2 So many steps are very dangerous for all people. "Very nice property with extreemly good security. Room was very large for Japan (although we did book a larger more expensive room so cannot speak to the size or configuration of the regular rooms). "Excellent value! There is a 7-eleven downstairs and the staff was very friendly during check-in. Block away from Don Quijote and there's an all-you-can eat shabu downstairs too. Unfortunately, there was a loud group of students staying at this hotel during my stay that ruined my experience. Other than that, I would highly recommend this place!"

"Everything was good enough. The AC for the building may not have been on. The AC in my room didn't blow could air. I opened the window, which let in a mosquito. But, the room cooled off after sunset. In the morning, my room was in the morning sun and was uncomfortably warm by 8am. "

"The location of the hotel is amazing, you cannot be closer to the Great Buddha, it is also a good experience to sleep in an old Japanese room.
