A huge thank you to the staff who went above and beyond to make my partner's birthday extra special, with thoughtful touches in our beautifully decorated room. The room itself was superb, equipped with everything we needed, including a heated bathroom floor. The spa was a relaxing oasis, and dinner at the hotel restaurant was an excellent choice. Breakfast was also outstanding, offering a wide selection. Every staff member we encountered was welcoming and attentive. We can’t wait to return!"

"I booked 2 rooms for myself, my partner, my grand-daughter and her partner, as they had organised a day and night out in London. It’s about a 15 minute walk from London Liverpool St station so not far to walk. I’d requested if one room could be available a little earlier than check-in time and they organised it perfectly. It is a beautiful hotel and the rooms and bathrooms are of very good quality. The beds are sumptuous and exceptionally comfortable, we all commented on what a good nights sleep we’d all had. The breakfast was fantastic, not only was there an extensive range, but you could also order hot food to be freshly cooked plus, if you were extra hungry you could go back for more. It was incredibly relaxing to stay there, all the staff were exceptionally kind, helpful and polite. I would thoroughly recommend the Montcalm hotel and would definitely stay there again. "
