"Our stay here was okay I mean we’ve been to worse places but as we arrived we were met with a hole in the floor between our 2 single beds. Then as we were going to microwave our food the microwave had mouldy food inside of it. The manager & cleaners did offer us a different room but we were settled by the time we found the food so we just stayed in our room. "I don't think this place should be on hotels.com. It is not a hotel. It is more like a bedsit. There is no reception. It is in a very dodgy area. Rubbish on the sidewalk. A homeless man with his pants down in the alley next to it. And my room smelled like the smoking area at a retirement home. You are given a code to get into the front door and your room. I had to call to get mine and it was confusing. The cleaning lady I met was nice and the bed was reasonable. I never did find the bathroom...

"We noticed on arrival a very bad smell in the kitchen - though the kitchen was not visibly dirty. We tried but did not manage to locate the source of the smell - but it put us off from cooking at the property. I did contact the property manager about this when we left. The rooms and accommodation were spacious and perfect for our stay visiting family. There was quite a lot of early morning foot fall noise from Above which woke everyone. And I dont think it was obvious from the booking site...
