"The hotel stay was awesome!. The staff makes sure you have everything you need. The staff was very polite and welcoming! I would definitely recommend this hotel and I look forward to revisting Berlin and staying at the hotel again. I was so comfortable and the surrounding restaurants had great food options. The rooms were very clean and efficient. We had 3 rooms in total and my family was very pleased with their stay as well. There is plenty of shopping areas as well. "

"The room was a little tight and dark. The toilet were cramped. The hotel seemed to have a lot of patrons with dogs staying (I am not sure how this is managed). We really enjoyed the bar downstairs with really good food and service. Our check service could be improved. The Christmas markets were very close by to the hotel. "
