"Place was decent for a one night stay. There were a few problems with the bathroom. We only had one set of towels for the two of us and the towel racks were clear across the room from the tub and sink. Other than that the place was fine. Room was clean, bed ok. Breakfast was nice, scrambled eggs, sausage, a waffle iron, cereals, muffins, etc."

"I've stayed here twice and will probably continue to pick this hotel whenever I come. There are 2 bar/restaurants, the food is a little expensive for what it is, but it's convenient - minimal offerings and for a light dinner and 1 beer it was $25. Many restaurants around but I found that they get pretty crowded. Breakfast was great! Pool was also great! Beautiful view from the roof. Very easy, quick train ride to the airport. Great access to the river trail and many amenities within easy walking...

"We have stayed at this property for three years while our son attends ASU. We have noticed that the cleanliness has declined considerably. The floors were not vacuumed on floor two the entire time we stayed Feb 6-9th. The room we stayed in (226) had dust on the baseboards and the sink plunger was broken. There are many choices in Tempe but we choose to stay at The Hyatt. I hope this is something that can be resolved"

"Off season stay in a great location. Clean, friendly, beautiful decor. Only complaint: They heavily advertised a Super Bowl Rooftop Party but were ill prepared. We got there early, and there was a shortage of chairs, drink menu items not available, and things like napkins a scarcity. Manager seemed uninterested in our requests. "

"The property is beautiful! There are plenty of swimming pool options that you can stay close to your room or go to the main pools for fun. You can stay on the property to eat or there are plenty of great restaurants off property. All in all, I would stay at this hotel again. "

"The room was magnificent. It's a beautiful 40 acre property in Scottsdale. Everything was exceptional except a major issue with the cable tv service. Instead of paying $16 to watch a ppv movie, we tried to access the apps and watch our own. However, this property does not manage their own tv services. It's done by Cox. We were told by an employee that this has become a nightmare because all they can do is reboot the tv. We were told we had to contact Cox and that entire process was futile as nothing was fixed and the property did nothing to try and make this right."
