The hotel could do with with refresh as it looks a little outdated. "At surface level, it looks good but once you get settled in - it’s nothing more than your average hotel that prices itself as a 5-star hotel. The staff was very nice, and the activities available were nice to be able to participate in but the restaurant was over-priced for below-average food (minus the breakfast buffet, that was awesome), the pool was not well-maintained, and it was pretty far from everything. "It’s a new hotel and the staff is excellent. Even when I had issues, they worked on everything right away and made sure to check in on me daily. They were receptive to my feedback (one was to add fridges to the rooms which they had ordered prior to my departure) and provided breakfast daily, entertainment once a week in the dining area. "
