"We got there about 8 hrs before booking in time and they sorted a room for us straight away without cost. All staff were polite and very helpfull. The only downfall was it was very noisy we had to got out a few times to speak to people about their kids screaming and shouting in the early hours no respect for others. A good stay apart from that."

"Love the pool area and right across was the beach. Only problem was the hot tub was really cold. When asked staff said it was cause it was powered by air condition of the rooms so if there’s no one using the air condition not so many people in the hotel it won’t be warm cause they Are eco friendly. The one negative is that I chose the hotel to be walking distance to most of the things I wanted to see. However, Singapore is not truly a "walkable" city.
