"This isn’t our first time here; we love it and our 2 young girls have a blast. The experience is always great. My only feedback is for the hotel to focus on some details that would go a long way in making the place even better! If towels are dirty, please throw them out. It’s the price of business. And table cloths should be washed and new ones put on tables after each meal. Easy fixes that will go a long way in making everyone feel more at ease! "

"The people are nice and it is 4* not pretending to be a 5*. Negatives The hotel interior is showing its age and the bed was not very good. The bath tub shower was showing its age. You can walk to the beach or a few shops in about 10 minutes , but will need a taxi for anything in the city. Security assists with taxi service, very attentive. "This hotel is HIGHLY overrated. I am not sure how it is a 5-star hotel. Customer service at breakfast is really chaotic. They behave as if they're in their home. They forget your oder and they do not make attention to details. You ask them for hand sanitizer they tell you "look over there or we don't know"...they really lack professionalism.
