"This property is not suitable for anybody to stay in. The room was dirty and everything in it was damaged, including the drains after complaining to Expedia we still did not get a refund back. Definitely the worst thing I’ve had over 20 years of just traveling"

"Excellent hotel. I was little confused about breakfast. Everybody that was there had food that I wanted, but it took me a while to find it. The stuff I wanted was on the other side of a half wall. I don't drink coffee, but that was quite a distance from the rest of the area. I like orange juice, but it was a small gravity feed that didn't drain very quickly and wasn't easy to spot."

"The property is older, but has been spruced up for Ramada and has some great amenities, like the waterpark and the pool. The game room is huge. The staff is very attentive and polite. The food was great at the restaurant. The area where this hotel is located is a little on the rough side, but it looks like it’s coming back. There was no one unpleasant that we ran into during our stay at the hotel or in the area."
